Oh and both were on main roads. I suppose the cyclist might have been looking to avoiding exhaust fumes, but given the very light traffic on the road in question, it seems unlikely

Couldn’t tell about the woman, but she was alone in the car, so she had an empty passenger seat beside her, quite apart from anything else.
The cyclist was wearing a jacket, rather like a combat jacket which did have pockets

It was inevitable. I think more and more people are getting sick and fed up with arbitrary restrictions being handed down. Given the way the crisis is being handled, with so many contradictions and U-turns, it is hard to blame them.

Possibly Mike, but they are the ones who'll shout the loudest if they catch the virus. They really hack me off.

You'll probably get locked up - the whole thing seems to be approaching that level of idiocy

Completely agree and how many deaths are there? We don't get that statistic now do we from the 'unbised' BBC / ITV / Ch4 / etc etc.?

Tomorrow the busy bodies will all be dusting off their high-vis jackets as they pupate into 'Covid-Marshalls'. This Govt like so many who followed WHO 'guidelines' are on a hook. The future will never show just how much they over-reacted and ruined our economy, because their 'placebo' vaccine will herald them as saviours.

You should be afraid. There was probably 100% increase in folks in intensive care in your area last week.

Notice it's all percentages now? Sounds far more scary than there were two in intensive care in the whole of your county last week but now there are four.

This pandemic has pretty much run its course in the UK IMO having read the paper I linked to yesterday.
