Putting things off
« on: Sep 16, 2020, 09:54:55 AM »
I've been meaning to post this for some time but have only just got around to it.

Do you find yourself forever putting things off? Like, say, Mike kicking his long grass into err... well putting it off anyway. I find that I've listened to most of my audiobooks at least once and looked for more a while ago. I found an ideal one for me. I'll probably grab it some time later.

So long and thanks for all the fish

Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off indefinitely.

Thank you for the days, the days you gave me.

One day I will finish the series of Janet and John books..
got as far as  Mummy is Expecting .

I still don't know what she was expecting.
Everything will be alright in the end, and if it’s not alright, its not the end.

I rarely put off business things because they bring me money. The nearest in business terms is when I get a message from a "whingey" customer and I send a "holding" message while I decide how to deal with it. This is why I prefer to deal by email rather than by phone because its fare easier to manipulate the situation.

Stuff around the home like housework is of very little importance to me and has a pretty low priority because it brings me no direct benefit. If something needs to be done I put it on the list for my cleaner.
Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the blind obedience of fools.
