lol, i appreciated it too...
its reported it helps any aches and pains, now i just have a minimal amount of discomfort
but consider the cold and damp will really go for me as its been a long time since i spent a winter here...
plus it is reckoned to be a big help in the sleeping department, now i have rarely had any problems there but since i have been more sedentary i am struggling to drop off unless its around two in the afternoon, and i have to do the school run here in Cambridge..
