Commander David Fravour and UFOs
« on: Sep 19, 2020, 08:52:04 AM »

This video might interest some. I watched a longer interview by a better qualified person last night but cant find it. It's 3 point something hrs long tho

I was interested in the mans story and qualifications. Seems rationale! I placed it alongside Professor Brian Coxs dismissal of ufos wherein he all but ridicules and dismisses them with other BBC physicists mocking sightings and serious discussion.

But another reason why the BBC is becoming obsolete

Make of it what you will

Too long for me at this time of day but I may watch at least some later. All I'll say about UFOs is that if they are anything they must be some of those "teasers" Douglas Adams mentioned because they sure are hell don't behave in any way a rational race of interstellar explorers would IMO.

“teaser? Teasers are usually rich kids with nothing to do. They cruise around looking for planets that haven’t made interstellar contact yet and buzz them.” “Buzz them?” Arthur began to feel that Ford was enjoying making life difficult for him. “Yeah,” said Ford, “they buzz them. They find some isolated spot with very few people around, then land right by some poor unsuspecting soul whom no one’s ever going to believe and then strut up and down in front of him wearing silly antennas on their head and making beep beep noises. Rather childish really.” Ford leaned back on the mattress with his hands behind his head and looked infuriatingly pleased with himself.”
