Hi Mike do you have to give your bank details each time you order from Parsley Box?

I  use PayPal with them - sorry, don't know if you would need to keep repeating your details if using card, etc. It does mean that I have to log-in to PP each tiem

They said Mike give the last 4 numbers on the card I have used before and they will be happy. Certainly pleased I have started using Parsley Box they will fill in when I cannot be bothered to cook or in the fish and chip mood :) :)

Went on to Trust Pilot review site to see what other thought of Parsley Box. The first Trust Pilot, Parsley Box co.uk I found a real shocker and giving a very poor rating at 14% excellent. The second time I looked this time Parsley Box .COM gave very different reviews with 68% excellent. Which makes me wonder If there are two different Parsley Box sites or companies.

Not as far as I am aware. Mind you, one of the ladies on here (I forget whom) didn't like them - tried one, gave the rest away.

I have messaged Parsley Box to find out. Looking under Parsley Box .co.uk she certainly not on her own with a stream of unhappy customers. Why Parsley Box .com got far better write up it does not make much sense.

It does seem odd. I have submitted a review of co.uk saying very satisfied.

I can't find their address on their web site.
Do they hide it for some purpose ?
I am suspicious of companies not telling customers where they are.
If the Buck stops here how can the Doe go all the way ?

Don't know why it isn't on the site - it's not a secret

They have got back to me and they have asked Trust Pilot to merge the two.

I now know why they are getting excellent reports bad reports. Cottage Pie was excellent convinced me to place an order. Came down to earth with a bang with the lamb hot pot. Potato slices floating on some very watery mince which I have told them about. Just no body to it.

Good point. I was disappointed with their cottage and shepherd pies, which, although nice and tasty, were much ‘sloppier’ than I would expect to see in a pie. Also their breakfasts, again very tasty, but visually off putting
None of that detracts from my overall impression which is extremely favourable
