It could just be a combination of two photographs. The question being what to do if you saw it? I probably would have already.

no, the shadow is being thrown from well to the right of the camera position, so unless it is faked there must be a second person involved

It's difficult to decide on the angle of the light. Initially I though it was towards the camera but the swing seat is fully lit. The figure could be small and high casting a shadow superimposed on the swings but the odds are it is simply a photoshop ghost.

No that doesn't work either as there would be shadow on the swing seat.

Photoshopped then.
