Following the new Liverpool lockdown one pub owner has decided to rename his pub. It was The James Atherton but will henceforth be know as The Three Bellends should it ever reopen.

I would be pretty angry if it were my business being ruined by government incompetence. Liverpool humour is like guerilla warfare.

Gorillas are the most peaceful of creatures.. The mayor and his munchkins are incandescent at the display of 'up yours' from the kids and idiots yesterday as he should be.. Truly a deadly stupidity..

No matter what Boris Johnson does or don't do, this statement will be true in some ones eyes. National lock down would be best for places like Liverpool but would be job destroyer where the risk is very low.

I don't see a national lockdown in the hope it will improve matters for areas such as Liverpool (and it is a hope for other than the short term) is a very good idea

Liverpool's always been full of bell ends so three more won't even be noticed.

ouch....lol... it does seem to be well endowed in that department...
i have a fear they might save the national lockdown for xmas
at which point there would certainly be plenty breaking the rules

Best part is this pub isn't in Liverpool, it's Wirral, and many Wirralonians do not like to be associated with ' those over the water '  😀

Stereotyping the inhabitants of an entire city because of the actions of a few people in it is the behavior of the kinds of semi literate morons who read the tabloids.

Liverpool humour is like guerilla warfare.

Except when it's fired back at them.

On a personal level, having been based in Liverpool I don't need to form an opinion from any sources other than my first-hand experience & I would dispute your glib 'a few people' assessment.

Well if recent events are anything to go by, quite a few is rather a lot
