I'm not a great fan of trying people and finding them guilty without them having some representation. Still,I understand it pays the legal bills and gives any person a shot at pocketing some dosh. Trials are certainly costly, especially to prove your innocence.
Most recently showing my own shortcomings, I had found John Leslie guilty of fondling some unknown womans breasts. Never met the bloke or the woman. Strange days! I think the whole male caste of Coronation Street were arraigned and found guilty of some sexual shenanigins sometime back, but that at an unnecessary hearing the jury found them innocent.
As an opening to the forthcoming script,I'd have the first scene digging up JS corpse. Next scene, the bloke in the dock with the prosecution haranguing the corpse. Maybe we could have that spider broach judge who found the British people had voted wrong on the EU adjudicating. She's very independant and fair. Or the judge who found TB only second best to JCs innocence sitting ruling procedure. All high calibre and impartial.
Showtime and showtrials.
