Conker trees

I was watching some kids yesterday throwing sticks up a conker & knocking the conkers down.
Been there, done that, never had the tee shirt because tee shirts those days were for school PE only lol
I was half tempted to go out & show them how its done but this day & age.........no chance.

Remember so well ...Conkers! We played in the school playing field. A Conker on string aiming at a challengers conker. A hit and split whoopee!
