Been lying in bed for last couple of hours, given up on sleeping and got up.

My husband says he doesn't sleep well, but he is always asleep while I'm awake, strange that.

My computer clock says 2.06, has it altered itself?  Am I rambling, I feel really tired, perhaps try again. Night night folks.

Yes Mike, a cup of tea first sounds good,  then to bed

Many years ago, I saw a short film of a tumbleweed....From the moment the poor "Thing" was caught by the wind and rolled along....It was so well done, silent, and with the most beautiful background music....It was so sad and so realistic....I was almost in tears.....

Another similer movie : The story of a discarded small Christmas tree......Some film directors are so clever !  Another short movie I remember : The story of a toaster and hair dryer and other kitckin utensils that were left behind when the family moved away....

Anyone seen the movie of the rusty lonely robot left alone to tidy the rusty junk left over on the planet ?  Or the small robot left on the abandoned spaceship, and kept watering the plants ?

I would love to see these movies again, but without the title it is almost impossible.... :'(   Anyone help ?  gmx

that last description sounds like something from '2001 a Space Odyssey', but it's many years since I saw it, so I may be wrong
