Regarding turmeric - I use lots of it when cooking almost everything - it mixes well with oil and/or black pepper.  I can't taste it once it is cooked, others can, but I do think it enhances flavours.  Apparently this has a small percent of circumin in it so it won't have much anti-inflammatory benefit.  I think a good capsule supplement would be beneficial but I would most likely forget to take it.   If I could buy quality powdered turmeric easily enough, then I definitely would.

You can buy Turmeric powder online Stella but quality I do not know. It can be drank as tea I just wonder what it tastes like ??? ??? ???

most supermarkets sell tumeric powder.
indians add tumeric ginger, and garlic to food not only for taste but to aid digestion, and diffuse gases.
