That is what I do morning and night....A gentle bathe with a warm flannel . And now and then, I bathe my eyes with Boots eye wash.  It is all part of my body maintenance....gmx

My Nana used to have a home remedy for just about anything.  ;)

Some of these old traditional remedies are now ingredients for branded medicines and fashionable health supplements. Look at tumeric and st johns wort.


One time back in the 1960s I had the gippy tummy staying with some people in Morocco in a remote village in the Atlas mountains and no where near a modern pharmacy. One of the ladies concocted a brew which tasted truly evil but next day I was fine. No doubt some ancient Berber remedy.
