Diasi is completely correct.
Sufficiently strong they could cook you (think microwave oven) but that would be many orders of magnitude higher than they actually are.
The frequencies are far lower than what is called ionising radiation (think gamma rays from atomic bombs) which can cause damage to the body at lower field strengths because the individual photons are high energy.
All the anti 5G is hysteria spread by conspiracy theorists. Amongst other things some of them say it spreads covid-19.
