Had a twinge of sciatica this morning.. I thought ' Oh no..no..'
 I still did my stepper and .. what do you think..!! The pain eased and has almost gone..!!


I love my stepper.. Thankyou.

great stuff honey, when my back played up i used to go and play golf !!!
sounds stupid i know...but then who with sciatica might use a stepper..??????
we may have invented a treatment between us
