( We find that what happens in Scotland is often copied in England too shortly afterwards )

Not if it is fair or gives back any value to the people who paid in the first place.

England is in a terrible state - overcrowded and overtaxed for starters.

I appreciate there may be people living in the few open corridors of land.

I would urge anyone to move to Scotland - more space and more money spent
on its people from tax collected. Together with a top up from England.

And that is another popular misconception !

a). The space that is available is mostly mountains or water !
b). The money that is spent - in the main - is simply spent better than in England and Wales.
c). The money allocated to Scotland is based on the Barnett Formula which takes into consideration the distances between living centres and the sparse population.
