Sorry my post didn't go through for some unknown reason try again.

The film I most enjoyed this year was Avatar, although I didn't enjoy listening to people munching through 1000 kcal worth of popcorn, sold by the bucket and they wonder why they are getting fat. TV programs well not many, I cannot stand any of the soaps, I did enjoy strictly come dancing and formula one car racing. More often than not I watch a DVD which I have a large collection.

One of the reasons I no longer go to the cimema nowadays is the crunching. Another is cost, but that's a different thing.  I wait for the DVD.

Ok, I miss out on the Big Widescreen Experience, but at least I can hear it, pause it if I wish to make a cuppa, and I don't catch anybody else's viruses!

Cheers, HG

I don't go to the cinema very often but I went this time for the 3D experience. Most of my DVDs I have purchased on line with PLAY.COM never had any problems with them
