Clock restoration

Hi
This is my latest project, to restore this clock to working order that was retrieved by a friend of mine from a skip.

Have managed to get the ding dongs working, now I have to get the tick tock bit working. ( They are not the technical terms ).

FF, it looks as though you have done a painstaking job in cleaning and renovating all the parts. This is remarkably like the clock my aunt used to have on the mantelpiece, it had the famous 'Westminster chime' which I recall as very mellow.

Brought back memories of as a little girl sitting  at dining table watching dad dismantle clock which sat in pride of place on the mantelpiece.  He must have given it an annual service I think.  I was always fascinated and impressed that he could take it apart, put it back and get it going again!  Good luck FF!
