Rita, I'm sure we'd all love to see some of your results.
Firenze, get yourself one of the books and show us your results too. Someone sent me a 'free' picture to colour but I keep forgetting to buy coloured pens when I am in town. Must put it on a list to remind me!

Hello to you all, here are three of the pictures I have recently done. Firenze, you really need to but felt tip pens for larger pieces and gel pens for the tiny bits, there are many! The paper is not thick enough to hold paints but I am sure you will enjoy the challenge of a different medium.

Rita ...I am most impressed with your pics maybe not Rembrants process but the results are lovely. Thankyou for the note re pens, I wouldn't have thought of that. It is akin to doing jigsaws rather isn't it? I have not got to the art stockist yet. Driving would be a bit hairy with watery eyes and sneezes...blooming leaves and dying vegetation!

You can use paint if you want, My husband bought me a 'colouring' book for my Birthday which I rather dispised as a water colour painter, however I am now addicted and find it so relaxing

Glad everyone is enjoying the experience.
I would urge anyone who wants to have a go with paints to test it on one picture that you wouldn`t mind loosing as the book I tried didn`t like water colours at all!

Adult Colouring Magazine?? Was it on the top shelf Spud?..A tip, you'll need a lot of flesh-tone.
