One day, a plant I could not recognise was growing in the garden. It was very lovely to look at, but I
never seen anything like that, not even in gardening books. So, I was very excited because I thought
I had now, a special plant that everybody will want, at a price.....
I telephoned Kew gardens, and
was asked to describe the said plant. "Goodness" was the espression at the end of the line, " that is
a terribly poisonus plant from abroad, and it will spread like fire !......Put sensible gloves on, pull it
up, totally, and burn it straight away ! !......Well ! I think that birds on their emigrating route must drop some peculiar seeds at times.....
