You will still be able to use the PC the same as usual, I did, straightaway, from what I can recall.

This is my second cataract and although it doesn't hurt I had a good bit of pain afterwards,I am hoping it wont happen this time.

I had mine done quite a few years ago by having an op which was completely painless and a couple of years later had laser treatment on both of them again which did leave them feeling rather sore but nothing terrible.
