There was an ethnic pecking order back in the late 60s/70s or at least I know there was in and around Birmingham. Top of that tree were those with Jamaican origins. That is no longer the case IMO.
Where people didn’t “mess with them”, some are now quite prepared to.

I think there’s a hell of a lot more to happen on our streets yet.

I think many West Indians retire back to the Carribb. They are called "JCBs" (Just Come Back) because first thing they do is hire a  JCB to bulldoze family land and build themselves a new house.
