Not the time for sofa  sleuths in these sad cases .
He’s a good man who has died that all we really have to know .
It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

We have no idea what is the actual cause of death, although it seems reasonable to assume the heat didn’t help matters.  Looking at the map of Simi, the distance from the town to where he sadly passed is only a mile or two, and given the proximity of “civilisation”, it’s the sort of jaunt that many would feel more than capable of doing.  I know I’d happily give it a go, and have done similar explorations of rugged terrains in the past.

I agree that the only conclusion is that his passing is a sad one.

Enough.  I’m done

I think people are just asking questions. They are trying to work matters out. They are trying to compile a picture of a possibly complex man who has just unfortunately died.

Do you?   Is that what you call it?

Well I think some  are surmising, blaming, and accusing, and comparing,  which is very different.
I am going to leave this thread now.    As Muddy said,  he was a good man who has died, and now let him rest.

FWIW, and in further honour and recognition of his achievements in helping so many people, I think it’d be one final tribute if the cause of his death actually helped others from going the same way (if that’s possible)🤷🏻‍♂️

'My son Adam, 41, had everything to live for. But he died after the AstraZeneca vaccine gave him a blood clot.' Mail readers share stories of the deaths or health problems they fear were caused by the jab... and their battles for compensation | Daily Mail Online

Dr Mosely was a proponent of the jab. Bigged it up and 'sold it'.

I think he was a good man,but like us all, flawed.

Theres a list of other celeb and tv academics who pushed all manner of lockdowns taking to government and Big Pharma spin without question. I dont blame them....sometimes. What price with career would I sell at? I've never been in that position. Lottsa adulation, fame, selling of books, job oppportunities, dosh, big dosh, babes even. Beguiling. Its a worlde I watch and others are seeing.

Do any of us know WHY he went for a walk without a map though?
Does anyone know if he had been visiting the place for years, and knew it like the back of his hand?
Does anyone know WHY he hadn't taken his phone?
Perhaps being on holiday, he wanted a bit of respite from people disturbing him - who knows?

I just hope his heart-broken family don't ever read how total strangers, who know nothing, and never even knew this much-loved man,  are so willing to condemn him.
Answering your post questions Mups
No ,we don't know whey he went walking without a map save to say given he was out with his wife and hosts hadn't any reason to have one that day .
Yes ,we do know he had visited the place before 8 years ago was mentioned .
No ,we don't know why he didn't have his phone with him .

Lots and lots of people worldwide followed his findings on health matters ,how to extend your life by proper diet and exercise etc. and tv appearances, some of the odd things of the latter I recall .
Tim Spector colleague and friend spoke the the other day as being impulsive , a risk taker  , not very aware of danger , an experimenter ,  so maybe people who you think are condemning him are seeing those as contributing factors leading to his death ?
. I think if his friend saw these things in his personality  his family almost certainly did .TS added  MM's wife would stop him from doing the most outrageous things .

So he might well have said he wanted to walk back to the home  of his hosts while they chose to wait for transport  but impulsively got the idea to explore a bit  .
Maybe to experiment and push his 67 year old body into doing something that day which he could write about ?

The feeling is that he didn't actually fall, but sat down and possibly he felt he needed to, and died where he was. According to coroners summation

and since then another tourist, American seems to have done pretty much the same thing in an area he knew well, again in Greece, and is missing. Search parties are out.

I listened in to the radio earlier. Already other doctors are rushing in to fill Dr Moselys place. First they sell their connections to him, then comes his medical findings. When their names are better known and they are sought out by the media they will dip in with their own take in medical wellness and all things SELL.

I won't condemn them, there's are market and dosh to be made by popular sell. You have to be in it to win it. Needless to say I won't be buying it all. Most is dross. "Research has shown that a good night's sleep makes you awake feeling much better. When you feel better you are happier." It usually goes on for 328 pages and costs £24.99. My fishmonger can tell as good and its free.
Apologies for the daily dose of scepticism

That's correct according to the marina cctv which show him " falling out of sight " ... another way of saying  dropped out of sight.
The temperatures given  out don't seem to deter some so do draw criticism from  the public if only because of others having to go out looking for them .

The Daily Telegraph is reporting that 'a string of celebrity doctors' were paid substanial sums of money to promote the Astra Zeneca anti covid vaccine which has now been withdrawn for sale I have recently read. It seems they did not report their interests. £22,500 . Dr Ranj has been mentioned. It appears there have been others on television promoting this jab without declaring any pecuniary interest.

Trust me I'm a doctor!

I dont unfortunately. I did,once. Now,no longer

I have no idea whether Dr Mosely received any undeclared payments for promoting this jab. I will say I am now suspect of his profession and its higher authorities. Its all so suspect and sad
