Especially not Donald Trump because he actually stated that he will give the Police immunity from prosecution, when he is Fuehrer of the USAy.
Can you imagine what low-grade muppets like that plod would get up to with immunity from prosecution?
Especially when faced with an "auditor" who makes videos of how un/professionally Police react, to post them on the net (there are a few of them doing it now). The Manchester Police brass likely put a tag on his car so that he would get stopped and harassed, not realising that it would just put them in even more of a bad light.
