How many of you have mailed to your MP about the fuel payment cut ?
Will pensioners even be able to afford a hot cup of tea this winter ?

I did write via the Age UK news letter info links and I'm still awaiting the reply.
I'm always writing about one thing or another and at the end of the day, no bugger takes any notice.
I had quite an argument about the over 75's loosing the free TV licence and in the end that was laid squarely on the BBC for the blame🤬

The Government does not give a damn about pensioners, neither do the MPs they are sitting pretty, they are "alright Jack", they are good for five years and with the majority they have they can do what they like, there is practically no opposition. They would be happy if we all froze to death.

If all pensioners were to claim every welfare benefit that is available to them, there would be very few if any pensioners that had to chose eat or heat.

Literally every year there are £bn's of pounds being handed back to Reeves of excess Welfare unclaimed funds in the budget to use somewhere else - pay rises, investment and maybe HS2 will be back on the cards.
