6am Running Club

I have just had a phone call inviting me on a run at 6am from Wyndley Leisure Centre.
It is a bit cold for me but if any other members of pf want to go on it they are more than welcome.
Peter and Rufus just woke up. I let them out in to the garden. Peter is now asleep and Rufus is now on guard. I am sure he will wake Peter at about 5am and ask.him.to take over till 6am

Ah, the running club is back in action again.  :smile: Too cold and icy Brian, and as I've been telling you for years.......I'm a swimmer not a runner.  :yes:

At 6am. I often find i have to run to the toilet.
